Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros. <\/p>\n\n The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. <\/p>\n\n Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.<\/p>\n\n Placing an order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping basket. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods: <\/p>\n\n Estonian or other international bank links, Apple Pay \/ Google Pay, card payment.<\/p>\n\n Payments are facilitated by Montonio Finance. Not all service providers are available in all countries. <\/p>\n\n The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/p>\n\n Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within five working days of the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14\u201321 calendar days. <\/p>\n\n Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal; in such cases, the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions listed in \u00a7 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act. <\/p>\n\n The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n\n To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical shop. Socks with signs of opening, opened packaging, or otherwise damaged packaging cannot be returned as they are hygiene products. <\/p>\n\n If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.<\/p>\n\n To return the goods, a withdrawal form (found in the website footer) or a free-form application containing the order number must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@cloudsteps.eu no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n\n The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective product).<\/p>\n\n The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n\n Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.<\/p>\n\n The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received back the item that is the subject of the contract.<\/p>\n\n If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n\n The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/p>\n\n Right to file a claim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which appears within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store. <\/p>\n\n In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@cloudsteps.eu<\/p>\n\n The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. <\/p>\n\n The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n\n Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to transport service providers in order to deliver the goods. <\/p>\n\n The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them, entered their e-mail address on the website, and indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.<\/p>\n\n The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail at any time by notifying us via e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.<\/p>\n\n Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@cloudsteps.eu.<\/p>\n\n If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
