General terms and conditions apply to the legal relationships arising from ordering products via the ordering environment of the cloudsteps.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the E-store), owned by Ridaree OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Cloudsteps).
In addition to these general terms and conditions, the relationship between the Customer and Cloudsteps is regulated by the legal norms in force in the Republic of Estonia and the procedure for processing the personal data of Cloudsteps customers (privacy policy), which is available at https://cloudsteps.eu/privaatsustingimused.
These general terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the current price list for e-store products can be found on the Cloudsteps website.
Ordering procedure
The Customer does not need to register as a user of the Cloudsteps e-store to order products. The Customer selects the desired product(s), specifies the quantity of each product, and chooses the method of payment and delivery. Before final confirmation of the order, the Customer can review and change the submitted order. After reviewing the order, the Customer confirms it.
All product prices shown in the e-store include VAT. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the ordered products according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.
Orders confirmed by the Customer can be paid for on the Cloudsteps website via a Montonio Finance bank link, a card payment link, or by bank transfer based on an invoice. When paying by transfer from a foreign bank, notification must also be sent to info@cloudsteps.eu after placing the order. Transactions are settled in euros. The contract between the Customer and Cloudsteps is considered concluded after the Customer has confirmed the order and Cloudsteps has sent an order confirmation to the Customer. The order takes effect upon the dispatch of the product by Cloudsteps to the Customer.
Product delivery
Cloudsteps delivers the ordered products to the Customer according to the method selected by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery options are displayed in the Logistik tarnemoodul system. The Customer selects the delivery method during the checkout process. Delivery prices are fixed in the price list, which is also visible to the Customer during checkout.
Cloudsteps only ships products to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Product delivery time
The product is generally delivered to the Customer within 2–7 working days. In the event of delivery delays, the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible.
Consumer’s right to withdraw from the order
A Customer who is a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) has the right to withdraw from the product order without giving a reason from the moment the order is placed until 14 calendar days after receiving the products, but only if the product remains unopened. To cancel the order, the Customer must contact Cloudsteps by sending an email to info@cloudsteps.eu or by completing the online withdrawal form found in the website footer.
If the Consumer withdraws from the order, the Consumer undertakes to return the unused and unopened products in undamaged packaging immediately, but no later than 14 calendar days from submitting the withdrawal request. The Consumer must return the products via a parcel terminal or courier.
Returning goods ordered via SmartPOST parcel terminal:
The recipient has the option to return goods ordered from the online store to the sender via a parcel terminal within 14 days. The shipment can be returned using the same door code as for collection from SmartPOST parcel terminals located in Estonia.
In both return methods, the Consumer bears the costs of returning the products upon withdrawal from the order. If the Consumer uses the SmartPOST door code for the return, the shipping cost of the order returned in this way will be offset against the order amount to be refunded to the Consumer.
Cloudsteps will refund the Consumer the amount paid for the returned products and the delivery fee to the extent corresponding to the amount paid by the Customer, but no more than the price of the cheapest delivery method available in the region. If the Consumer returns the ordered products partially, Cloudsteps will refund the delivery costs in proportion to the number of products ordered. Cloudsteps will refund the money no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, but no earlier than 3 working days from receipt of the products returned by the Customer. Cloudsteps will refund the shipping costs in full if the reason for withdrawal is a defective or incorrect product.
If the product returned by the Customer has been used or the product packaging has been opened or damaged, Cloudsteps has the right to claim compensation for damages up to the sales price of the product. This amount will be deducted from the sum to be refunded to the Customer.
Customer rights
The Customer has the right to order products in the e-store at the price set by Cloudsteps and under the fixed conditions. The product sent to the Customer must be correct and complete and must comply with the conditions fixed by Cloudsteps.
In the event of a defect in the product, the product will be replaced with the same product, unless the product in question is no longer for sale. If the product is no longer for sale, the product will be replaced or the sales contract will be terminated and the cost of the product refunded to the Customer, at the Customer’s choice. In the event of non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract, the Customer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided by law.
Customer obligations
When placing an order, the Customer is obliged to provide the data necessary for fulfilling the order: first name and surname, contact telephone number, and email address.
If the Customer and the recipient of the product are different, the Customer must also provide details about the recipient. If the data provided by the Customer is incorrect and/or incomplete, Cloudsteps does not guarantee the proper fulfillment of the product order. Where possible, Cloudsteps will contact the Customer to clarify incorrect or incomplete data.
